Social media is a big player to market your brand and business.

@Chris Attiliis Normally this is not an area I would I'd target because it's a bit too far out in the country and the property is a little large.

Other methods are driving for dollars, door knocking, wholesalers, wholesaler deals that fell through, craigslist, Realtors, FSBO sites, expired listings, put out bandit signs, billboards, newspapers, other offline publications, home health care, hospice, assisted living facilitiesYou can use pay per click/adwords, motivated seller website with SEO, facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, and other forms of online and social media marketing.

I’m in the Tallahassee area, so anybody local or an experienced virtual wholesaler would be the target audience here.

Funny enough there are multiple social media accounts to highlight the problems in the area, which only emphasizes the problems more.

But we still plan to keep our target price point same to attract right buyers so hit on the margin ;-(

COVID-19 obviously isn't done with us and it wouldn't surprise me if we see some more targeted shutdowns during the winter period (based off what the scientists are predicting). 

Price point will really dictate your target area.
