Kinda snaky BS and less-than-open disclosure by the agent, but did you submit an offer?

They have 23 mobile home lots total. with 13 having home that they own and the other 10 lots are just pad rents with other people homes on them. they are interested in doing a master lease with option to buy. my wife and I just submitted our letter of intent today. if accepted then coming week we will be creating our 1st draft of the master lease.

@Paul Kubin Here in the Dallas/Ft.Worth market if your purchasing a property using any kind of financing you will need to provide a pre-approval letter when submitting an offer.

I was liking them until they submitted incomplete applications.
