Dutch Marc I don't see why location is important, I value knowledge more than location.

@Abby Flynna few random thoughts-definitely stay local (for now) - you have a lot of great markets within a couple hours of where you are-it's very difficult to 'start' with a flip - flips take capital and you're going up against all the professional flippers who flip as a business-go to all the local REIA meetings within a 1-2 hour radius - find the ones you like - go to those regularly-call lenders and discuss loan options. 

That is what helped me to build my network and knowledge base super quick.

I do the #dalilydial, a mon thru fri daily meet up online with other new and experienced investors lead by an incredible leader, #carolinecane, and weekly guest speakers who share the time and knowledge freely.

You appear to be confusing having knowledge of who the LLC member is and being able to hold that individual personally responsible.

Every state and county are different, but once folks stay in a residence for 30 days or more, they will have certain rights that could prove cumbersome.

Primary question(s):Is the handyman reliable, qualified, and knowledgeable?
