Don't think that one particular out of state market will shoot you to success or abject failure.

I like driving for dollars and finding their name through the county then use REIskip to find their contact info and shoot them a text (people don't like calls as much as you would think, but everyone gets different results)Good luck on your journey!

It would be a standard FHA loan, shooting for the $400k range for a purchase price.I recognize that that $400k won't go that far around here, but I'm willing to go a ways out as long as I can take the commuter rail into Boston.

If I shoot for 10, that's what I will get so why not try for higher.
