What tips can you give me as a rookie wholesaler in Texas
Hi guys,
I'm hungry rookie who's ready to work. I'm excited but not quiet sure where to start. Just a little background on me. I started my LLC three years ago and I was screwed out of 6k by an investor to "show me the ropes". I feel back but I'm ready to get back to it. It was a lesson learned no ill feelings lol.
Because I’m starting with low capital my strategy is wholesaling. My question is let’s say I find a house driving for dollars and I need to get info on the seller. Besides the county clerks office, are you guys using realtors to get info on the seller, the home, and to run comps in the area? If so, how does that conversation go with a realtor? Are they willing to just give this info?
What is your advice for building a power team? I appreciate you guys in advance!
