If they did have such a list (they don't'), that list would only be useful if it contained personal, non public information on a borrower's payment/financial history, which would be illegal.

I am sure you have read if you obtain an FHA mortgage your minimum down payment on 1-4 units owner occupied remains at 3.5%, however with conventional more than one unit you would be looking at anywhere from 5-20% down (depending on programs in your area).

I'll get a higher IRR with less headaches and risk by having 20 doors that pay $2000/m in a gateway market, but those details are rehashing old threads.Point being: I'm invested in our market because of the long term appreciation, which is largely a function of our public policy and desirability.
