Hello! Anyone out there have thoughts on fixing and flipping or fixing and holding in Baltimore? What’s the market like?

Mike is right about Baltimore if you are going to try to buy a house for 40K and rent it for $1300 a month you might end up an area like he just described. There are risks involved but still very good return.

If you are willing to spend more money, you will  be in a decent neighborhood, in a better tenant pool with less headache.

It is all about what you want to do.
