Mortgage Lending Officer
I was just thinking, some realtors are willing to work with investors to help them locate a potential property, right? But what about a loan officer? I ask because they probably have a list of clients who are currently in default of their mortgage loan and are very close to going into pre-foreclosure. Instead of losing so much money that way, would they be open to sending those same clients to investors? So investors can take the property off their hands and lenders still get their cash? Or is this also illegal?
