So - I've found some deals through work, and one in particular is really catching my eye.  

Just so the tenant doesn't get too accustomed to going multiple years without a rent increase, only to be socked with a sharp increase when the (new) owner has to play catch-up.

Shiny objects may still catch my attention, but as long as I keep feeding my brain with real estate investment training, I'm confident I will take action.I turned 45 this year, and it would be great to hit freedom by the time I turn 50 ;-)
