Yes, managing the property should be ny main concern, especially if there's no connection outside of owning it.

I live in San Jose but work in Marin County, so I do quite a bit of driving (hence how I started listening to the BP podcasts in my 'mobile university' or 'car' as some may call it).

While searching for other potential investment properties I came across a listing for three mobile homes, two rented and one in need of repair, sitting on two acres of land for under $80,000 here in Florida.Of course, since  I am a novice in the MHP realm, I have many questions about this and probably don’t know what questions yet to ask.

If I own a mobile home that is parked in a mobile home park in TX, do I have to pay property taxes on it?

If it's just going to be a rental then I would not be as concerned with that.
