You want to mix your media.

If there is a tech or marketing side to Realtor jobs then I might be interested, as I'm both a techie with two IT degrees as well as a Graphic Designer who does print and digital media.

Probably a noob thing - I do get enticed by the real estate wonder stories in the media.

It's true, not all wholesalers are doing the right things, it's important to work with people that have integrity and are honest and transparent.

The other thing for me is that so long as we are acting in complete integrity and all information is disclosed and all paper work is documented properly we should have nothing to fear as investors holding a license.

As we look at the impact and the impressions from social media I am trying to see what sites you guys use most?

Do premium themes auto have this when it states listing integration or does that mean just manually enter?

Then I can setup some social media pages, get some business cards ordered, and simply spread them out.
