Real estate agent Wordpress site - get my MLS

Hi everyone,

I'm a real estate agent and I want to upgrade from the standard "free" website the brokerages give me to a fully modern and lead capturing wordpress site. Can you all help inform me on what I'll need to do to get my MLS into my website. IDX? Is there always an additional fee to get your mls into your personal site? Do premium themes auto have this when it states listing integration or does that mean just manually enter?

Anyone that has experienced and worked with such please comment.  My real concern comes down to what is it ill need to get my MLS data into my agent site automagically?

Objective:

1. Buy premium agent wordpress theme
2. Activate plug-ins and widgets for more precise lead capturing (i.e. after three searches ask for contact etc.)
3. Allow visitor to search for any home listed in my MLS
4. MLS data to be updated ATLEAST twice a day.
