Per my state's tenant landlord act, it says:"Except as provided in this chapter, if there is a material noncompliance by the tenant with the rental agreement, including material falsification of the information provided on the rental application, the landlord may deliver a written notice to the tenant specifying the acts and omissions constituting the breach and that the rental agreement will terminate upon a date not less than ten days after receipt of the notice if the breach is not remedied in ten days.

The labor and material for both would be the mostly the same (maybe the $1M house needs a bit better finish on the materials).

Unlicensed people like handy men are limited to the amount of work they do and the amount of money involve including materials and labor.

All your material should be directed at supporting those two things. 

What is the difference between REPS hours and material participation hours?

Ideally, I would want a one stop shop where I could buy lists and create marketing material in the same place. 

Rather than counting properties, what is material is the income that they are/are not generating.
