I got locked into a good rate now and I am closing this upcoming week on a refi. 🤞🏽 @Stephanie P.

We are borrowing 300k and are locked in at 3.875% (locked in July) to close on a home in 3 days.

She texted me the lock box code to get in and we sent her before and after pics from August 7th through the 19th when she emailed us to leave her house.

We plan on living in the new one for a long time so my thought was to lock in a lower payment with the low rates.

So, I don't know that I have a direct question here, but I would like to draw on other's experience if you have advice on the matter:Just discovered that someone broke the hinge (locked) off the crawl space door at one of my houses and wrenched out the copper pipe between the internal unit and outside condenser.  

When to change the house locks when tenant left room for more than 3 weeks with all clothing and only left 2 pillows ans 2 sheets on the bed and stays some place else and locked the room.

Also I know the market is high right now but it would be a long term hold and wouldn’t mind to lock in the low interest rate.  

I’ve heard HOA can jack up rates and basically do as they please... any idea if I could lock in a rate with an HOA?

Can I lock out the valve to sprinklers and say hand water only? 

Do I go to the title company or attorney with it to lock it in?
