What to do about existing sprinkler system?

Tyler Wood
Posted

I am interested in renting out my home but have an issue. I have a very old sprinkler system that works but definitely requires additional hand watering. I do not want to put in a new system and dont want to be nickel and dimed from renters complaining about bad sprinkler head or issues with the sprinkler system. What are my options? Can I say sprinkler system is as is? Can I lock out the valve to sprinklers and say hand water only?

Any replies appreciated!
