Those areas range from A+ to B (roughly) with good schools, great food options, shopping, and the usual better neighborhood features.

I have a friend who does something similar and he found that his idea only works under the factor of having more than 1 USP as renting out cheap accommodation and looking after lawns etc can be done under most complexes.His USP was to offer a food delivery and let's call it an Uber service with the accommodations for people who were unable to get around .i know this isn't much help but a more in-depth focus on what can be offered would be attractive
