When you were first looking at this deal, what was your expected rent growth and appreciation rate?

REI is a great potential for growth and life balance.

In short, I am reaching out to see if someone is looking to outsource some of their task. 

Now these are sellers I have already worked with and the investors are already seeing a great yield (10-12%) so while they are getting hammered in the stock market, they are willing to write 2-3x even 5x checks to me since they know that we are buying properties below market value, in great areas with growth potential and they are CF+ from day one. 

We tried to avoid stepping over any lines and thought we had aligned our information with that provided by Governor Hogan and the task force.  

My new member intro is long overdue, but it's one of my tasks to complete during the COVID-19 shutdown.

That being said Multifamily is by far the better investment in terms of economies of scale, cashflow and growth potential.

Austin is a great market with so many opportunities for growth.

Are there any items/tasks/projects/responsibilities that you expected to be difficult that ended up being easy or making yourself more money than anticipated?

This is where we acquire the most growth!
