Your goal of being able to work anywhere and having the freedom to do so is many new investors' goals as well.

The only problem Is he needs to be payed out fairly quick as he is in his 90's maybe like 1-2 years.Need ideas as to pull this deal together as this will be a place I raise my 2 last kids up in to give them a chance at a little freedom.

My story starts late last year when I decided I wanted to break away from the traditional college route and pursue financial freedom through real estate.

It is VERY hard work, it brings future returns, and it allows for a future with financial freedom.

I would be very careful retiring on just one stream of income.I retired at 18 the day after I got my real estate license I did not know it at the time.. but its a lifestyle.. freedom to do any deals I wanted to work on.. no one telling me what to do.. 

I wanted to change somethings and financial freedom became a bigger priority.

This will give you freedom and peace of mind as you look to expand your portfolio and more runway potentially as you look to expand your rental business. 

Middling cashflow and high equity isn't a great path to financial freedom, but balanced against wanting an area and property you're comfortable with it's worth a lot.
