New to real estate and looking to go all in

George P Cannon
Posted

Hello everyone my name is George. I am a RN living in the central Florida area. I just started listening to the BiggerPockets podcast and want to start my real estate career. I have a wife and 2 children and want to provide a better life for them.  Here is what I was thinking. I want have about 150k in equity in my home and would like to use it to purchase my first property.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you all, I am looking forward to starting this journey towards financial freedom!

HI George, there's no better way to stary your real estate journey then doing house hack where the government incentives us to put min down payment 0%-5% down depending on the loan program. It allows first time homebuyers to reserve their cash reserves and not needing to put all their savings away  into one asset class. I started my house hacking journey last year and would like to connect if you got any questions.
