That is not always easy to find, but trust me, it is worth making 50 calls to find the right contractors who work in the park arena and understand them.

Check out rental comps for private rooms in your area - you might find that it doesn't make a huge difference, but in my market (Twin Cities) you'll get considerably more.

Since you’re new to investing, you might find it helpful to start with some key areas in Pittsburgh that have shown strong investment potential.

If you can find your tenants that will put a lot more money in your pocket.

For whatever market you find yourself, just make sure you build a team out that you trust so you can make the most informed decision as possible.
