Just Introducing Myself
Hello Everyone,
My name is Renee. I am completely new to investing. I was attracted to Real Estate investing 6 years ago but realized I needed to improve my income first. I am now back, sitting on cash and looking to invest in Pittsburgh first, then surrounding areas. I am currently living in New Mexico, but will be moving to PA hopefully by the end of the year. Looking forward to learning from you all and connecting.

Hey Renee! Pittsburgh is a great market to get started investing in. My best advice would be to study up on what areas you think you want to target beforehand, so that when you get here, you're ready to go! If you're thinking you're going to be getting into rentals, areas like Bellevue, Brookline, and Mt. Washington might be of interest to you. Flips you might be interested in Carnegie, Plum, or Washington. Lock down a plan, and be prepared to execute when you get here! Happy to connect as I am an agent here in the city.
