Hello Everyone, 

My name is Renee. I am completely new to investing. I was attracted to Real Estate investing 6 years ago but realized I needed to improve my income first. I am now back, sitting on cash and looking to invest in Pittsburgh first, then surrounding areas. I am currently living in New Mexico, but will be moving to PA hopefully by the end of the year.
