Build actual relationships & never fear from opening your mouth to what your need... which at this point is INFO, CRITERIA, LOCATIONS, ZIP CODES, & YES AREAS CURRENTLY getting HEAVY REI ACTIVITY.

The point is to abate that fear upfront and have a viable disposition plan for shares down the road.

You guys helped alleviate any early fears I had. 

We have a HOA annd so was wondering if anybody knows how to sell this to our HOAs that own the roads.The Fear of Crime seems to help here. as other residents want a way to detect strangers.

I use the rods as I fear without curtain rods they'll be a tenant standing on a rickety chair hanging curtains by pounding nails in the framework to hold these in place (the ONE house I did not add these the tenant use thumb tacks; I guess she didn't own a hammer).Gail

Finding tenants in these areas are always my fear, but if you can generate solid tenants, seems good.Few things:1) stating the expenses in detail would help (water, electric, etc.).

I guess my main fear is just doing something completely wrong that would hurt my family.In 12 months I will have all my debt paid off and will have more money to invest.  

Deal with all issues in a professional manner and avoid making decisions out of fear.

I wanna resign but i fear its going to get worse if i do.
