OK so I am a total newbie and terrified with real estate investing mainly because everything seems to be such a drawn out process! Everyone has nightmares. Everyone has an opinion! I guess my main fear is just doing something completely wrong that would hurt my family.
In 12 months I will have all my debt paid off and will have more money to invest. I'm preparing now to learn as much as I can. I also have a LOT of equity in my home and trying to figure out how to leverage it.
I looks forward to finally post instead of just listening to the podcast and reading posts here and there.
