"normal" issues with a home inspection

I'm venturing into my first house purchase (done condos before, where I was only responsible for interior).

I got an inspection report and it came back with all these issues. Like crack in the bedroom wall signaling possible foundation issues. Nesting in the attic. Moisture getting in through window. Some wood rotting on a bottom outside corner.

I figure some things are just normal.

How can I know what is negligible and what is something to be really concerned with?

(Background -- purchasing out of state. Planned to get my own inspector but seller sent recent report from a offer that fell through. Still plan to get my own but wondering if anything on this report is enough to run away)

@John T.

Those sound relatively normal. Since you have a heads up already, you can discuss the crack in the bedroom during the inspection. the rest sound like maintenance issues.

Regarding the bedroom... Cracks happen.

If it's more than a hairline crack, then you need to have the inspector check into it.
