My expectation is they know they will run into the same issue with another buyer.

Air bnb was unwilling to compensate me for damages even though I had photo proof of all the rules being broken because I didn't have an "acceptable" invoice for the clean up.

Even if the contract is for $10 for the entire build, you would have them guarantee to provide you with the three buildings you are expecting. 

The idea you can send 500 letters to an out-of-state owners or general list and expect to land a deal . . .I don't want to say impossible.

boldleads works.. you just need to be patient.. can't expect a sale right away unless you get really lucky.
