The design and permitting is complete, and we're awaiting the 4th and prob final contractor to submit their bid for the actual infrastructure construction (roads, storm drains, sewer, utility, etc).

You can always call a local insurance agent and get a price on a landlord policy for a property, you may have to make some assumptions but again, it is a what if to get you closer to actual numbers.

If you actually calculate that ROI, you will likely lose track of decimal places and not be sure if it's 100%, 1000%, or 10,000%.You'd be surprised what Fannie/Freddie will finance, that people don't even realize.
