I am a guy , now if I am in a house with 2 females I would be subsidising a lot of their utilities , I dont blow dry my hair , take long hot showers , and dont do different loads of laundry for different clothes .

Also check if they have a dryer that it's properly venting outside.. and that she's not leaving wet clothes to air dry in the house...No house plants or fish tanks... as the extra moisture they need only adds to the problem
