South Florida Market

Any investors that work in the South Florida market have any perspective on the market there?

I was reading that while many states have worked through a lot of their foreclosures Florida still has many more properties that will be foreclosed upon soon. It seems like the deals in Vegas, Phoenix and other big foreclosure markets have dried up pretty much, but there still seems to be a lot of value in Florida.

They are expecting more foreclosures in 2012 versus 2011

What is competition like in the South Florida market , looking at Broward and Miami-Dade counties.

I am considering a possible move there to focus on real estate.
