Water heaters in parallel or series should be fine, but then you have to maintain two heaters (yearly drainage), they will take up space, too.   

Life is not a romance novel and while many people really are good people, there are an awful lot of ***holes in the world trying to take advantage of you.  

She has a house cleaning business, so while it's not as extreme as picking-up-bags-of-cement and digging holes, it requires a healthy body to do the job well.

There are so many holes in this thing I'm glad it's not a canoe, and I'm glad I'm not in it?

No landlord chooses a fight but I personally enjoy the challenge when given no other option by a overly entitled A hole.

also, does the builder offer all aspects of the home build; ie:  site prep, foundation work, waterproofing, landscaping, drainage, driveways, etc...as an all inclusive package?

Sadly the last tenant destroyed the place (ripped out baseboards, cut squares out of the hardwood, put holes in the drywall, holes in the ceiling,destroyed a small shed in the back yard) and I will now be rehabbing it, full over, in the next month.

Heck, poke holes in my deal and help provoke thought for me and perhaps others.

I like to stick with condos because I feel they are a little safer from major issues, they cost less and don't have to worry about landscape/drainage/yard issues. 

Usually they come along with a hole punched in the roof by the fire department!
