Extensive fire damage deal or no deal ?

Hello fellow BP members! I'm a wholesaler who just ran across a potential deal but the house has extensive fire damage and since I have only 2 deals under my belt I am hesitant to tackle the deal because I am worried I won't be able to sell even if I get the property deeply discounted ! Any thoughts or opinions will be greatly appreciated!
