Anyone know how to call Bigger Pockets Customer Service?

@Broderick CampbellI am a spec and custom home builder in Houston.

I was a Licensed Mortgage Broker back in 2005-2009  and flipped a few homes when no real skill was needed back then and made good money which I foolishly invested into a joint business venture with my hubby in 2006.  

These breaks likely made it easier for him to claim losses of $916 million in the 1990s and avoid paying income taxes in subsequent years.

But, I can't find an actual customer service person.  

It also automates my minimum night stay requirements based on how far away reservations are made.

This is a custom line that they are able to keep low-cost by only offering 3 different door styles with a limited number of finishes.

I'm still glad we made the move, these are just temporary tenants.

Hi All -I've spent a while reading through the forums and seeing what BP is all about and finally made the leap to joining.

Adds a bit more in expenses, especially with the cost of electricity in Ontario (at least the unit I am looking at is gas heat opposed to baseboard), but the extra $300-400 roughly in expenses could easily be made up for with the extra $800-1000 in potential rent.
