@Jon Lee After an investor files a quiet title action challenging the bank debt potentially wiped out by the HOA lien foreclosure, won't the bank accept pennies on the dollar for its loan, rather than paying attorney fees and potentially getting wiped out?

If you dont like the tenant just wait till they leave on their own at lease renewal or whatever.I know i am contrarian view point but to me its stepping over dollars to pick up pennies .. kind of like when section 8 tenants wont pay their 50 dollar co pay and owners freak out and want to evict over it.

I got stories from my 70k GC and my partner paid him anyway even though I pointed out it was obvious he didn’t two coat the paint as in the specs even though we were paying a premium $8000 to prep and paint the whole house.
