Not cool!

Postponing Next SummitFor these reasons, I will be delaying organizing the 2nd San Francisco Real Estate Networking Summit until the market cools off and there are more plentiful deals available, when I will get back to day-to-day real estate activities (and won't be as active on BP until then).

I get the cool factor but they are significantly more expensive than traditional deadbolts and cost of re-keying a lock is so small I feel it'll take ages to recover the cost of replacement. 

I have successfully done this before to accommodate a change in a tenant's budgetary situation.If they aren't cool with that, you have a couple options:1) Hit them with the late fee until they change their minds.

The only option I can think of for adding both heating and cooling is the mini (multi?)

Big book, but an easy and entertaining read, and a wealth of really cool info.

California is mainly an appreciation market soy our family member wants you to get in and out fast before the market cools off and their money is stuck.
