As far as showing you around: I'm willing, but not a Campus expert like Michele Rafus, and/or Paul Valachovic (agents in our office who is a WVU Alum herself, as well as Paul who owns his own investing LLC since 2000).

There is no way you can be an expert in tax sale for the entire country.

Essentially, they drafted a resolution to the LLC, which stated that: 1) on behalf of the LLC, the members are authorized to execute and deliver resolutions, 2) certify that the following changes were duly adopted and are in force, 3) remove member from LLC in accordance with your operating agreement, 4) revert ownership interest back to the remaining member (you), 5) resolve that the removed member will no longer have any ownership interest in the LLC, and 6) then add the new member (your wife) in accordance with your operating agreement, transferring whatever ownership interests you desire from the percentage that you possess.

That being said, I have not invested personally with Ashcroft but they have an expert track record and are comprised of experienced team members. 

Make sure to confirmwith the title agent if you need to bring certified funds or wire the funds beforehand and how far in advance the funds must be wired.

Find out what you are passionate about, become a world class expert at it, and outwork your competition to get the life you want.Don't expect extraordinary results from average motivation.

I would have it sent certified from the attorney.

I always do my own work and have people who I know to do the trades I am not expert in. 

They sent "experts" for everything which has been terribly costly.

Plenty of work, but opportunity too if you work it like a business.Remember, most places you will need cash on day of auction.....typically no financing available.....you probably need time....time to attend the auctions....and some real estate experience and expertise to work thru a myriad of problems these properties often have....you have to be resourceful....I can tell you for example I network and interact with plenty of board certified real estate attorney's ....and trying to find one to write a redemption deed....none of them had ever done it....many not sure they wanted to do it.
