So I guess my advice is don't hamper your bookings by not accepting those folks that don't have reviews.The other reality in that market, is once you get through summer you will be on auto-pilot and all the stuff that makes you nervous now won't bother you so much then.

Most wealthy folks like to buy high rise condos for all or most cash and sit on them (the wealthier ones don't even bother to rent them out ;) you have good security in a high rise, which is an advantage for a remote investor.Otherwise, be careful if you are taking on a more active project, or one with existing tenants.

When in reason of course.I would ask the seller, if they would be ok with you contacting the tenants directly for showings if the seller seems bothered by it.
