Closing on a property thursday and I called the property appraisers and millage rate is 25. 900,000(purchase price)x25 divided by 1000 = high taxes.

I would do a couple things: 1) Call an appraiser and ask them 2) Look at rentometer and see the incremental rent a 3/2 is getting above a 3/1.
