Tenant is being evicted

I have this SFH property under contract and lender just finished with the appraisal. This will be my first rental property. My challenge now is the tenant who currently lives there is being evicted and am worried if tenant will be there by the closing date which is about 30 days away. I don't want to get involved with any eviction issues. Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
