Hello,Does anyone have suggestions on the best way to disseminate applications, leases and other paperwork (notices and such)?

In doing so, we are losing a Process & Procedure application within our current PM software.  

Respectfully disagreeing with your mortgage broker - most HOA's are in better shape now than in the past few years. you can search any complex here:https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/condlook.cfmIf previously approved and expired it can be approved with an application, not a slam dunk but doable.

A loan application is not a 5 minute deal for me.

I often get applicants who are moving from a house they have recently sold because of divorce.

Hi Izabella, My company provides online applications for independent landlords and we do require credit card information for the sole purpose of the tenant paying an application fee.

It’s not for lack of applicants, but lack of GOOD applicants.Higher turnover rates..
