@Patrik Kusek new paint, clean or repalce flooring, replace any air filters and you should be fine.

I also go to George Mason University full time and serve in the Air National Guard so needless to say I am so grateful for the BP podcast!

Then I did the faucet, drain pipes, garbage disposal, and dishwasher with air gap.

I had a carpet cleaning company suck out water and leave a huge dehumidifier and air movers in the basement.

Also air rights.

It's part of the right of passage of growing from doing 4-plexes to doing 200+ units.
