MLS listings are sold daily on low ball offers.The trick is offering at whatever PP and proving the ability to deliver the offer at first contact.Unfortunately, many buyers' agent/brokers don't see volume to keep phone lines and cell phones busy other than socializing.

We live in a new world where contact comes in many forms...phone, email, text, social media, etc.
