Hi I'm new to this site

How's everyone doing I'm new to this site and I'm just learning how to use it . But I'm looking to connect with lenders or investors . I have a 88,000sqft (thats including the finshed basement) I want to turn it into a rooming center for the college kids . Its located about a mile from the colleges. Which is so great . I calculated a estimation of 266,000 dollars a month. That's with 4,000 rooms (which it could be more but I want to add a computer room with free WiFi ,a couple more kitchens and bathrooms , a social/theatre room)
