I know have on my file a line for wire confirmation acknowledgement.. so we paper it and know we have done it.Also on my payoffs I always put my wire instructions fresh in my Fed ex with my deed releases no wiring our wire coordinates .. and once the title co has them .. then they never change.

When your loan has been approved and your information is taken to the bank for the transfer, you will be responsible for paying the Attorney Bank Documentation fee before they can authorize your fund's transfer which will reflect in your account within 2 hours time.The documentation fee is paid by the borrower so that the attorney can prove to them that the transaction is a private loan deal, so the Federal Reserve can give approval to your bank to release the funds to you without questioning you.This policy was introduced by the Feds to monitor and eradicate money laundering in the US."

Hotels do not have to release the criminal activity occurring in their properties but my guess (and this is a guess) is that on average there is more crime happening per room in a hotel room than an Airbnb rental simply because you can have a lot more anonymity in renting a hotel than a profile and review based service like Airbnb.
