seeking loopholes to successfully seize property

I'm a victim of attempted murder. I survived multiple blows to the head with a hammer.

Criminal was released on a 5 year plea deal. Released from prison and parole on first attempts.

She owes me $40,115 in restitution.

How can I successfully seize the property she owns with her husband? Apparently MCL 557.203 prevents it but there must be a bigger law for Crime Victims to override this.

State of Michigan.

Please help!!!!
