the LLC the prospect works for has been administratively dissolved"Then how are they getting paid from this entity?

For starters, the prospect passes our 3.5x income requirement, has a 700+ credit score but a few things that I seem to have trouble with is the management company that was on the application, I wasn't able to find any viable information through regular web searches, but through the Business public record I found an LLC to this management company which I found was created 5 months ago.

Any tips on how to find them from out of state?

Hi,We are closing on our second short term rental in Oakhurst this month.

Just like @Harrison Colunga mentioned above Riverside and San Bernardino counties may have some good deals and if you're willing to commute a little bit, this may help out. 

He called locksmith which cost 350$.Now, tenant wants me to deduct the amount from the monthly rent.Generally speaking , whose responsibility is this?

Its priced well, needs work(which is fine) but wondering if anyone has had any experience buying, living, or managing any rentals in this area or near it?
