Though I've only been observing the game for a short time, that factor seems to separate the very successful investors from the rest of the pack.

We are working on our first niche rv park development and would like to avoid scammers.

We've moved 4 times in the last 5 years and each move brings months of looking for an apartment, packing, unpacking, etc. not to mention the thousands of dollars we spend each time on broker fees and movers.

To imply poor people don't have a right to housing or that a landlord who provides them housing should be penalized is wrong.Poor people work in essential jobs at meat packing plants, grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants.

Also have 5 dogs, can’t pack them up very easily.
