Hello!

My name is Emmanuel Eluobaju and I am new to BP and very excited connect with other investors here! I started prowling around the site a few months ago trying to gather as much information as I can and now want to take the next steps and get involved. 

To start things out, if you come across this forum could you please leave a comment addressing a mistake you may have made when you first started and what i should look out for. Things I am primarily interested in are multi family housing, house hacking, property management, and repair jobs. Also you can just drop by to say hello as i would love that as well!

If you are in the Chicago land area I would love to meet up if possible. I am willing to help you work on any rehabs you may be doing on my weekends, ( I may not know a lot up front but i am definitely capable of learning) or just get lunch or coffee if you willing. Please DM if you are currently doing and rehab and will like my novice but free services :).

One of the worst mistakes I made was looking for the cheapest person to tile a house for me. It ended up costing me two months rent. Now I hire professionals that get the job done right and timely. Trying to save a buck cost me quite a few.
