Property insurance roes have got a lot of press as providers pull out of various markets and prices increase. 

As a listing agent I have had some call me up doing their "fake-it-till-you-make-it" schtick trying to press how important their lower offer is because of how the $ get's to closing.

If they press it, go with another agent.

No one knows they are motivated, only they themselves know.The more motivated anyone is the more pressing the need for them to do something about it.Now, when was the last time YOU went to the library to find information on a pressing problem you needed solved?

Only thing I’ve noticed is that the tv could set it off every now and then, so i just check the noise level and if it only went up for a second or so, then i know it was the tv. 

This is an underwriting manager at a large institution and I pressed her about this. 

It looks cool on TV.

That's a whole different kind of stupid "oh, we gotta get out of here, I know, let's go somewhere nice, and then press them to do all the stupid there too, BINGO, let's go!".
