One is 5 minutes walking distance away from the metro but has horrible school ratings.

The growth happens around the city, where you can still buy land.The greater Milwaukee Metro Area has a lot going on economically in the last 5 years and I am glad I landed here.

If not, I'd hook up with an agent or broker to spent a couple of hours in front of MLS and get a sense of where the pockets with your desired combo of price/rent/age exists in the metro.

I did look in the springs a bit and the numbers penciled out better than they were here in the Denver Metro.
