In my market, virtually the only RE investors who have not done well were those that were forced to sell at market lows due to not having adequate reserves.So I agree with your mindset as long as you maintain adequate reserves.

No one has maintained the mail or the home, and no one responded or attended the hearing.I'm not getting excited here, but the idea that my purchase might be 27k cheaper is seriously giving me chills!
