Investor getting RE License

Hello BP community, I am currently taking the sales course in Atlanta, GA to get my real estate license. I already have a some properties I am working on but I am getting my license because I would like to get my foot in the door on more deals and dive into real estate full time. Having said that, I am wanting to be deliberate about acquiring properties and helping facilitate deals and network more which having my license would be a great help to me. Does anyone have any tips or deathly on how to maintain deliberate focus on my own portfolio and not necessarily just selling homes for commission? I am also curious as to how to find an investor friendly broker to work with. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.
